- Checking the Site Details
- Making sure that we are all talking about the same site is of
paramount importance. For that reason we check ALL site information
before any maps are copied.
- Presentation of the Map Set
- The client is paying for the Map Set and we believe that they should
be able to say how they want the maps presented.
- Faxing of the Map Sets prior to posting
- We understand that some sites can become VERY urgent and we try to do
all we can to make sure the client gets the Map Set "Yesterday" if
required.

- Dispatched by Special Delivery
- Making sure that the client receives the Map Set on time is of the
utmost importance to us.

- Questions & Help
- Once the client has received the Map Set, our Customer Service does
not end there.
